Birth Planning Session

1 hour @ $50.00

Honey what is the plan for pain management because the hospital has a plan for youuuuu!! It’s called the cascade of interventions and it leads to unnecesareans inevitably!!! Once the epidural begins they are prepping you for surgery.

How are you going to handle those surges? How will you increase the natural normal hormone oxytocin that’s make assists with stronger contractions? Let’s plan it out, honey!

Virtual Consultation

1 hour @ $75.00

A virtual consultation that helps to troubleshoot your breastfeeding concerns. Consults include but are not limited to prenatal education, breastfeeding in the early days, returning to work, pumping, positioning and latch, hand expression, starting solids and more.

Initial Home Visit

1 hour 30 minutes @ $185.00

An an in home lactation consult for assessment to collect medical history, answer breastfeeding concerns, tailor care plans, pumping, returning to work and any other breastfeeding concerns.

Follow Up Visit

1 hour @ $100.00

For existing patients that have follow up questions or quick questions about previous breast or chest feeding plans.

Spilt Milk - Text Support

5 minutes @ $60.00

Receive on demand text or email breastfeeding support after delivery during the first 40 days of early milk feeding. Support is offered during available hours of M-F (9a-7p). Any texts after these hours will be answered within the next business day.

Coffee w/ Milk (Professional)

1 hour @ $50.00

Hey, Honey! Are you interested in becoming a doula or new to lactation? I'm happy to help in this 45 minute virtual call. Let's chat about how you can level up your success in business. This professional call will answer the ins and outs of the business side of birth and lactation budding into entrepreneurship. Pick my brain here.

The First Latch Breastfeeding Class (LIVE Group)

2 hours 30 minutes @ $75.00

Pregnant honeys who learn about how to breastfeed are more likely to be successful than those who do not. This class is offered in person in a group setting. One support partner is welcome and highly encouraged to comes as rates are increased with partner support.

This childbirth to breastfeeding class combo educates you on your options in care and techniques to use during labor. covering various forms of pain relief, from relaxation and movement to intravenous pain medications and epidurals. This class comes with The Breast Friend Kit, a Birth Ball Ball to help you and your partner get ready for labor and caring for a newborn babee.

Breast Start to Milk Feeding

2 hours @ $400.00

Have the ongoing support you need to crush your breastfeeding goals. Receive an in person breastfeeding class, a in person home or hospital visit and 30 days of Spilt Milk text support the first few weeks of your babee's feeding journey.

The Birth & The B.E.E.S. Virtual Doula

4 hours @ $700.00

Receive hybrid support for your labor & delivery. Package includes

The Birth & The B.E.E.S. Class (childbirth, comfort measures & breastfeeding)
